Terrible. No respect for the client's time. Marva was over an hour late and then never called to say she was going to be at least another hour. I waited almost 3 hours for her to show up, I cancelled and told her not to bother. Terrible customer service. Would NEVER recommend them. If I could give zero stars I would.
I have been using Marvelous Touch for many years now for both at my home and move out cleans for my clients homes. The company does an excellent jog with cleaning and I never have to go back over things or second guess if it was done properly. You guys are amazing!! Keep up the fantastic work.
