This company produced a world class joint supplement that helped every dog that ever was lucky to get it. My first orders were thru ******,but I thought it would be easier to order directly from the store. I placed my order paid for my order and the product was NEVER sent to me ,at the same time I recognized the products were no longer available with ******. I placed an order for one of their products and got a confirmation of the order. I then waited for their response email giving the shipping notice and tracking number of the order. After a few days of not getting a shipping notice, I emailed them about it, but then didn't get a response. I tried chat, but operators were never available so it brought me to their email portal. I did get an email back that the product had shipped but no tracking number. I tried calling several times, but there was never an answer -- only voicem... read more

1) This person did receive a shipment notice. They emailed us a copy of the shipping confirmation number with their order number. 2) Our phone logs show that this person proceeded to call us 17 times (leaving one voicemail) and sent 9 emails/chats in a 24 hour period. This was only three days after they had placed their order. We are not always available to answer the phone as we are manufacturing Osteo-Pet as quickly as we can to try to keep up with demand, but return emails and calls within a day. 3) We are focused on our ... read more
