I hate giving bad reviews. But this experience really sucked. Although the salon is clean and decorated nicely, the services and timing were really poor. We had an appointment for a mani pedi. they took 15 minutes to seat us and then one nail tech worked on my pedi while another nail tech worked on my mother-in-laws mani. Not once were two technicians working on our mani/pedis at the same time to make the process go faster (we were there for nearly 2 HOURS). They messed my nails up and when I went back to get it fixed, she still charged me to fix their mistake and expected a tip. Plus ai waited an hour before she even started. And now today from her fixing my nails, my pointer finger on my left hand, the nail is very thin and bends. This is ridiculous!

Incredibly rough. My technician kept slipping the drill bit onto my skin, she was aggressive with moving my hands around. I told her I didn’t like the way my color looked and she ignored me. I was happy to be out of there.

Second time visiting Marvelous, service was wonderful just as they were my first time. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, even brought my husband in for his first ever pedicure. They used all sanitized tools and new disposables for the files and buffing pads. Top tier service and very reasonable pricing for their available options. Will of course be returning for future services.
