Sayekhul Islam, Thomas and his team was very helpful, kind, and respectful. They gave me a good discount for my pair of glasses and they made the glasses on the same day. Thank you and I highly recommend.
I called ahead to ask if my Ray-Ban Meta lenses could be replaced and was told to come in around 4. After driving 15 minutes, I ended up waiting 18 minutes because the person at the desk was new and his coworker was late returning from break. In the end, the associate told me they couldn’t replace the lenses after all. I left without any real help and felt like my time was wasted.
