Poor customer service. Was told by a representative in person that they were open on Saturday, only to find it closed on Saturday. This is a classic example for poor management when the workers don't even know their own business hours. How poor in customer service can a business get?!!!
I recommend considering alternative vendors, as my experience at this location did not reflect a strong emphasis on customer service. I previously contacted several suppliers to confirm the availability of Xcel Surface products and was informed that preordering was necessary prior to pickup. A few weeks later, I asked my wife to place the order to ensure it would be ready for collection.
