Marvel Agency rental apartment business is managed very poorly. There is a property manager, Natalie Warfel that does not followed up on rental complains. For example my apartment was infested with ants. Made calls to have handled. The exterminator man came 3 mos later after the ants were gone. They are overprice for the condition. This apartment that I live in is not up to state code and they are out of compliance with landlord tenant laws and it needs to be addressed. I don’t believe this place even warrants a star.
