This rating is strictly related to Marva's customer service. After finding an erroneous judgment from Marva on my credit report, I contacted their book keeper, Ellen, to solve the problem. Almost immediately Ellen became irritated and uncooperative, even going so far as to tell me that I was "wasting her time" and that she "has no idea who I am".
