Extremely poor customer service. They don’t care about your safety and car. The shouldn’t be allowed to carry the former owners name.
My poor Mrs Daisy (2002 Ford Expedition w/210,000+ mi) needed emergency surgery. My transmission gave out. I was referred to Marv & Mike's through USAA. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and great professional attitude. They were straight forward and upfront (No Bullshit) just the hard facts and truth. They're the *best*. We've been taking our cars to them for about ten years and they have always finished quickly, inexpensively, and done the work right the first time. They are the only car repair place I trust implicitly, because they've proven they can be trusted.They do most internal work/repairs/tuneups, but sadly, not tires or body work.
