She seems to make everything difficult. I thought that this was going to be fast and simple but even this she made difficult. It was just a reauthorization that expired.
Very disappointed on the wait times
She is overwhelmed too many people so it is affecting her quality of care. She dosent seem to care. I have had a lot of problems with gynecology and still has not been resolve and it has been years! Very disappointed. She used to be different seem to care years ago!
