Update August 2025: A rare fine is a business that provides service after the sale. I have bought all my appliances from this company for years and let me tell you there is no other company. I had two great experiences here. One when we bought our refrigerator and a separate time when we bought the matching dishwasher. Julie was our contact and she was fantastic to work with. But it was the delivery person, a gentleman in his 60s, who made such a difference. I wish I got his name! Prior to the delivery, we had an electrician come in and positioned the outlet for the dishwasher in the wrong place. The delivery man was able to readjust it and get our dishwasher flush against our kitchen cabinets. The result was gr... read more
