One of the best bowls of ramen I’ve ever had! Got the tonkatsu with the pork belly. The pork was all flavorful, the spice level was perfect, and the broth was intoxicating.
Used the waitlist out front. Multiple groups that showed up after me and used the same waitlist were seated before me. 1 group of 6 showed up after i was waiting for 10 minutes. They got seated before me and i was solo. Fix your waitlist system its horrible.
Worth the wait time! We tried the pork bao bun, tonkatsu ramen, and the spicy tantan men. Everything was great! I especially loved the spicy tartan men, the broth was complex and the chicken added just the right hint of spice. We waited around 30 minutes for a table for 2 around 8pm. We added our name to the waitlist and they texted us once our table was ready, which is nice because we could walk around the mall while we waited. I’m sure every waiter at Marufuku is terrific. But I I can assuredly say Lilly is elite. She was communicative, attentive, and patient. We had one in our party who was elderly, hard of hearing, and needed extra special attention and support, and Lilly handled it better than 99% of the waiters I’ve ever experienced. This ramen place is one of my favorites. I come here all the time with my family for some of the best ramen bowls I’ve ever tasted. The atmosphere is really cute, and the food is AMAZING!
