We had a bomb ass waitress name Mew and she was Awesome! She had a great personality and a funny sense of humor!
One of the best ramen I have had in USA. On par with ramen in japan. Got the tonkotsu dx ramen. The broth was a perfect combination of richness and lightness. To compliment the richness of ramen we ordered the premium sake in addition to Coedo Shiro beer. The sake packs a punch while being smooth. The beer was crisp and very flavourful. Mew was an excellent server because of their attentiveness and the overall efficient service.
Got in line by accident not knowing it was the line for Marufuku, and what a surprise! The ramen was delicious and the kids ramen plate was very cute. We can see why there was a line to go in. Definitely a must try if you are ever in the area!
