Only joined this site in the last month, and I am appalled by the length of time it is taking this company to actually approve my account and supposedly my first reward. No idea who runs this company, but it is sadly unprofessional. No other survey site that I belong to takes this long to approve an account and allow the survey participant to redeem a reward. Absolute garbage. I suspect it's run by a bunch of useless AI bots.
Big scam company….I sign up and did at 50 surveys. The moment I was able to redeem a gift card they had to verify my account and then they deleted it without any reason. I emailed them several times and never got answered. Waist of time and they don’t even reward you. Avoid this company and go to other surveys website.
I have been waiting 2 weeks to redeem my points because they have to verify my account.
BEWARE! I've beene waiting for a redeemed gift card from Maru since July 4th. I've written them several times and although they advised that they had resent it and I made sure that the email it was coming from was in my safe senders list I have never received. The only communication I get from them is saying they are experiencing higher than normal call volume and will get back to me as soon as they can.....and they never do! DO NOT do their surveys. It's a waste of time.
