The staff is absolutely amazing!
Such a wonderful bike shop!!!!! The staff were incredibly kind and patient, helping me choose the perfect light, lock, and basket for my bike. The owner is amazing — so genuine, knowledgeable, and welcoming. It felt like visiting friends. I’m so grateful for their help and will definitely come back again!! I regularly have my commuter bike serviced at Marty's. The staff are knowledgeable, generous with their time and very helpful. I've always been satisfied with the work I've had done, and my experiences there. On one instance where I needed a small replacement part to get my daughters trail-a-bike working they just gave it to me. On another occasion one of their staff had brought homemade chocolate chip cookies and they gave me one. That's an easy way to win me over.
