Really excellent shop- we’ve bought our last three bikes here.
I took my bike in to get serviced and, to be honest, I was not very pleased with the end result. I let them know and they told me to bring my bike back. The work they did on it the second time was absolutely fantastic. Anyone can have a bad day or miss something but the way they handled the complainant and the quality of the work they put in after the fact went well above and beyond what I was expecting. Great local bike shop. Juan Ellen me out with a part needed for a kids bike, and they are my go to neighborhood shop.
I called to ask if I could book my bike for a tune up and cleaning, which I was told $120.00. I figured this was a pretty fair price so I agreed. After dropping my bike off they told me I should have my chain replaced as well as the rear brake housing, which I agreed to. In order to replace the housing, they had to replace the tape on my bars.
