I called twice to get a quote on getting an ignition switch unlocked 4 hours apart. It's been a day and still no call. I understand you get busy. However if you say someone will call you back within 15-30 minutes that's what should happen.
Marty's Lock & Security the easiest and affordable way to solve your business and personal lock issues. They are very busy and successful, so I've had to wait for them a few times. I'm not the only customer in need. They know locks and keys better than any other place I've ever dealt with, and my Mister has been in the car business for many, many years where we depended on them daily. The lady at the office was super friendly and helpful. The guy that comes out to cut keys (I'm assuming Marty), is rude and unprofessional. Have worked with him twice, once for my vehicle and another time for a door at work.
When campus police, hammond police, and pop a lock refused... They came to my rescue! They were at my car within 2 hours in the middle of the day (which worked for me because i was in and out of classes) and got my keys out in about two minutes. Extremely friendly and great prices! I recommend them to anyone (even my entire class when i went back in!). Thank you Marty! You're amazing. I will be seeing you all soon to have a new car key made
