They were supposed to replace the hood and the bumper cover and fix the damage behind the cover. They ended up removing the skid plate (wasn’t necessary to do), broke three screws in the subframe that hold the skid plate in place and didn’t fix the upper retainer underneath the headlight.
Marty and his crew are awesome! They were creative in their repairs on our vehicle and were able to simplify the work and reduce costs by $1000. Highly recommended.
