Gregg and Nate were so helpful and kind. My whole experience was wonderful!
I explained to the service advisor prior to the appointment that I would be waiting for the the truck and that it needed to be done on time and the part must be in stock that day. I made clear that I had other appointments that day and had to be in and out with no unnecessary delays. I brought the truck in on 3/24 a little earlier than the scheduled time, they took it right in anyway, and got me in and out within the hour. A super nice experience. The team at Marty’s was great! I went in to check out a pre-owned vehicle and they had me in that afternoon! Max in sales was awesome and Justin the manager was excellent as well. The finance team did a superb job of getting me approved and connected to a great bank. Hope to have my truck for a long time but when it is time for another purchase I won’t look anywhere else .
