If they tell you to come to their store and they will get the part for you, do not go, I repeat do not go, it’s 2 overweight men in the front desk that lie over the phone, bad customer service. Very rude, they just sit there and eat instead of working. They made me drive almost an hour just to tell me they can’t pull it right away, when they told me over the phone if I come they would pull it out.
Old school junk yard with fair prices and friendly staff- just the way l like it. Good location just off l-95 in sight of downtown Baltimore. Another plus. I 991-3380 for me is that they pull the part, so l don't have to roam around a dangerous and dirty junkyard in bad weather looking for a part that someone else already gone
They definitely come threw in a pinch but customer service there is downright unsavory
