Dr Mertens is so easy to talk to and he listens to my pain problems. I am feeling so much better with the med’s he has me taking each day to control my pain. He is very kind, caring and explains everything. Holly, his Nurse is also very caring, kind and makes you feel so welcome and listens to you too. Had my first visit with Dr . Mertens last week and I am so glad I switched doctors. I felt so taken care of and he did not rush, took his time, explained things in detail, and laid out a good game plan. From the check in with the front desk to his nurse Holly, everyone was very sweet and friendly. So thankful for the great care! What a wonderful team!
So glad to have seen Dr. Mertens. He came highly recommended to me by my brother who also suffers from joint pain and I was glad to hear that Dr. Mertens had teamed up with TCO.
