I contacted this clinic hoping to find a partner for complex, multi-system medical care, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. The office staff and the doctor were remarkably rude, defensive, and argumentative right from the start. Instead of reviewing my file with professional courtesy, they shut down communication immediately. This doctor is incredible! I don't know why there aren't more reviews. He publishes treatment guidelines on his website that are just incredible and that really synthesize the recent research to be able to actually attack the tick-borne infections intelligently. Doctor Ross is the one of the best Lyme Doctors. He really listens and treats you like the individual you are. I was non functioning when I began seeing him and am now at 50% and more on some days. He's got me on the way to recovery from Lyme Disease which I've had symptoms of since 1995. He even messaged me several times and helped me when he was out of the office with personal issues. I've never had a doctor who cares so much.
