When a Dr. on his free website shows you what to do and how to get better that’s saying something. He hosts live question and answer webinars on Thursdays at no charge. His website has so much information about how to get better from tick borne infections. Dr. Ross wants to help people get better. The most wonderful doctor I’ve been fortunate to have. Genuinely caring and kind. After seeing Dr. Marty, it’s really hard to go back to any type of “conventional” care. I initially went for complicated vector-borne illnesses and symptoms and still receiving his help through my journey but I would go to him for general things to start with as well. I contacted this clinic hoping to find a partner for complex, multi-system medical care, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. The office staff and the doctor were remarkably rude, defensive, and argumentative right from the start. Instead of reviewing my file with professional courtesy, they shut down communication immediately.
