Sadly I cannot give 99 stars. We have used Marty to both purchase and subsequently sell our Louisville property. As for buying, Marty looked out for us when we had put in offers for property that we didn't get and he was knowledgable enough to protect us when that purchase went south. As a seller, Marty really came through when it came to selling our property in an unprecedented difficult market.
