I just tried contacting Marty about getting a showing for one of his listings on Zillow. His dismissive assistant or whoever answered the phone advised me that there was some sort of bidding process and he was expecting it to be under contract by later today. It would have been nice had information about the bidding process been provided in the listing. It would also make sense to give me information about making a bid.
