Sucks. I had utilized this location on a few other occasions through the years, and chose to use them again recently. What a absolute abortion of an idea. -2 stars. This location cost me MORE money. Replacement fender fitment is decent, but 'could not be adjusted' and I have a large hood gap now. It's sheet-metal, it bends with your hand, fitment should not be an issue. We no sooner than pick up our van after seven full weeks l...we go to dinner and the van won't start again. Open up the hood, caps are missing from our consumable fluids, battery terminals have been janked around and are lose and bent to hell. Could not bend them back. Had to get a tow to a REAL service center to get the van we didn't have for seven weeks worked on. Dirty hand prints all over the console and doors. Sub par overall. Will choose a different body shop for sure next time.
