Short story long, when we bought our Jersey City home we knew we'd have a lot of work to do. There was a partition wall separating 2 apartments that we tore down, however in doing so it revealed that the existing railing had been neglected, newel posts sliced in half to accommodate said partition wall, loud shaky treads that sloped a full 2" from side-to-side. We had a banister break from a fall down the stairs and Marty did an amazing repair job leaving it looking better than it did prior to the accident. The banister is nearly 100 years old and original to the house so we were thrilled he could fix it! We highly recommend Marty Anderson and Associates for stair and banister repair! He was efficient and came to make the repair within a week which was a big bonus too!

We own a 1895 brownstone in Hoboken that had a few stairs that were beginning to fail. While we knew for a while that the reno was needed the work become critical. Marty and his team were great to work with. Great communicators. Very tidy. Met and exceeded expectations. You can't go wrong with Marty and his team.
