Worst experience ever. Rude drivers who don't speak English. They were an hour late and I waited outside in 109 degree weather. I have cancer and multiple back and neck issues. When they arrived they wouldn't take me to my doctor's office. I had to get out and take Uber. Don't use this service for any reason unless you want rude service and to miss all your appointments. Gotta love it when your driver is on his phone speaking to his friends in Arabic and won't even listen to your questions or help in any way. This place shou... read more

Avoid these rude knuckle heads at all costs. Unsafe drivers, driving while talking on the phone and "face timing", old vans with essentially no AC.

If I could give zero stars, then I would. I recently saw my elderly neighbor use this service. First, she waited over 40 minutes for the van to arrive. Did I mention she's an elderly lady? The weather is hot and she waited and waited. The van finally arrives and I see a man look over a clipboard and make a hand gesture for her to get in the van while he's on the phone (he was talking loud enough for me to hear and i'm across the street).
