I called Martone because one of the commercial dryers at my rental properties had no heat, and the other dryer would take no coins. Tim showed up on time the next day and fixed the coin issue at no cost. Tim said that the dryer with no heat needed a new coil, a door latch, and a new switch, which he then ordered. He came the following week to change the switch and told me I needed a 'new breaker'. I tried to ask specifics and he said that it wasn't getting 230 volts. This customer was charged for 1 appliance and no charge for the second one . we showed the customer that the door safety switch was broken and so was the push button selector switch she was standing there when we showed her. I explained to customer gloyd that the circuit breaker will start an electric dryer but wont heat up if its not getting 230 volts . we did check unit out and had tenent check unit and it was heating. another fact she left out . Avoid This Outfit Like The Bubonic Plauge , Thieves , They Cashed My Check Faster Then The Speed of Light , Called Them a Few Times No Call Backs , They Really Stole My Money , I am Not Kidding Do Not Give Them a Red Cent Untill They Actually do Some Work , I Would Not Trust Them To Fix a Toaster or a Can Opener and I don't mean an electric Can Opener I Mean a Manual One Don't Waste Your Time or Money
