I completed a request for a consult via their website. 8 days after not hearing back I called for an update. The person that answered told me he would have my info reviewed and that I would hear back within 48 hours. The next day, I received a generic email saying their firm won’t be able to take my case and their policy is that they don’t disclose why. This was a complete waste of time.
