Scheduling is very difficult in this office and there is very little room for flexibility that a pediatricians office should have. I was mistreated more than once by multiple office staff for being late to an appointment when we travel from a distance to see the doctor we love. His medical care is great but the staff lacks patient care, creates hostility and lack of flexibility in scheduling. Front desk engages in arguments at every visit. This is the type of doctor you want to bring your kid to because he will tell you the truth big pharmaceutical companies don’t deter his moral code in what he should tell you to do with your child he’s a great doctor and he should get five stars
We live in Lindenhurst but still drive to see him. He’s great. He’s a kind, funny, knowledgeable guy.
We have a newborn and we found Dr Martocci on health grades. So far we are very pleased with him.
Dr. Martocci is an excellent pediatrician. He takes care of my two sons and is approachable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He always answers all of my questions and reassures us when there is a health concern. I would recommend him highly and I am a physician myself.
