The lady that answers the phone is the worst. She does not know what is going on with the items being worked on. Why does she answer when she it say press 1 for a status update if she is unable to provide that?

If you havent dealt with these people, dont. Second go round and should have learnt after the first but, didnt. When this gets straight, and yes, I will get it straight, wont ever have to worry about getting my business again. This used to be a good place to deal with but, not anymore. So sad.......

Back on line after having dropped my computer and cracking the screen. And... it only took 3 hours in the shop! Shouting out for Martinsville Electronics! Woot Woot! Dropped uh, argh...no...delivered my computer today at 1 PM to get a new screen and have it installed. Was told it might be ready Monday or Tues...but got a call at 4 PM telling me it was ready!
