Bought at 2005 Chevy Equinox for them. After 2 and half weeks check engine light came on and have had nothing but problems. Sunroof leaks, rust all under the car, connector replaced, in desperate need of tune up and other issues. I called the dealership and they said there was nothing they could do. I will never buy another car from them ever again. I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
Lying Blood suckers esp during this pandemic!! My husband got me a SUV for Christmas so I'd be more comfortable going to and from specialist doctors. Our first trip out Jan. 4th the vehicle wasn't making it home. So far BOTH manifolds are BAD with misfire and vape leak...totaling over $1600 we need to come up with to fix. Drove 2 1/2 hours to look at car and car had many check lights on. That does not mean great if someone asked, how is it mechanically? Waste of 5 hours yesterday.
Our daughter our purchased a car in April. They said they didn’t have the title yet but would mail it to her soon. We went there yesterday to check on it. They asked for the serial number and asked us to give them 20 minutes. We came back and they showed me a photo copy of a title they said was of hers and that they had it on camera. They said she must have lost it. She never got it.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! They will rip you off! It might look good on the outside, but their cars are a piece of shit! I’ve only had this Honda CR-V 4 months! Already I’ve replaced radiator, fuel pump, water pump, and here’s the kicker NEW TRANSMISSION && now they saying I need a motor! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE ASSHOLES!!!!
I bought a car from there about 3 weeks ago they told me it only had a minor fuse problem. On the way home the car cut off 4 times at a stop light. Called the same day to take it back and they paid for a warranty and said it would be covered. The problem with the car is not covered by the warranty tried to contact them numerous times no call back. When I finally did they told me it was sold as is. and they would cover half. Bought a 2008 Ford Escape XLT from them. 3 days later the engine throws a rod and blew a huge hole in the oil pan. Now it needs a new engine and they don't want to hear my problems. The engine only had 135000 miles on it. Keep saying it's a used car it's a used car. Yeah there is also a lemon law in Virginia. If I pay 3200 for a car I expect it to run more than 3 days. I may have to get a lawyer for this because they won't help. Engine is going to cost 1250 and I don't have that.
