Great service but they end up charging me $100 more because of the miscommunication on their end. I sent out an email asking them to call my phone number half hour before they come, because we don't live in the address currently, and it takes us 15 mins to drive there. They ended up calling my partner's phone number which we don't expect. It causes delay and we have to pay for it.

Knowledgeable piano movers, and they take very good care of pianos in their storage facility. After 2 years storage, our piano arrived at our new house in wonderful shape.

Update: I have to completely change my review! Martinson went above and beyond to fix the situation. They sent out a new team to pick up the piano, fixed the cracked leg, and returned it within one week. In all interactions, they were extremely respectful and apologetic. I appreciate businesses like this who do the right thing by their customers.
