We had a fantastic experience with Martinson for our grand piano move. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and handled our piano with exceptional care. They clearly have a lot of experience moving delicate instruments, and it showed in how efficiently and safely they worked. Communication was clear and responsive throughout the entire process. Great service but they end up charging me $100 more because of the miscommunication on their end. I sent out an email asking them to call my phone number half hour before they come, because we don't live in the address currently, and it takes us 15 mins to drive there. They ended up calling my partner's phone number which we don't expect. It causes delay and we have to pay for it.
Knowledgeable piano movers, and they take very good care of pianos in their storage facility. After 2 years storage, our piano arrived at our new house in wonderful shape.
