Martinson Piano Moving is amazing. The crew is so incredibly competent, efficient, professional, good-humored, and a joy to work with. I live in a 2-story townhouse and pianos can't be moved using the interior stairs. They executed an amazing feat, taking out a 6'1" Yamaha and bringing in a 5'10" Steinway. One at a time they loaded each dissembled carefully wrapped piano onto a forklift that lifted it over a railing on a very small deck facing the parking area. We had a fantastic experience with Martinson for our grand piano move. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and handled our piano with exceptional care. Great service but they end up charging me $100 more because of the miscommunication on their end. I sent out an email asking them to call my phone number half hour before they come, because we don't live in the address currently, and it takes us 15 mins to drive there. They ended up calling my partner's phone number which we don't expect. It causes delay and we have to pay for it.
