I don’t know what kind of DR OFFICE sets out to HURT their patients by ruining their credit?!?! This does not seem moral, ethical or legal. This establishment needs to be investigated!!!! Seems like its a greedy scam to me. STAY AWAY!!!!!! I’m on disability after a spinal cord injury. YET they sent a bill for $200 on my credit report from when I was UNINSURED & couldn’t work. I have never had any problems with this agency until today. I received a past due notice for an invoice that I had never received. I found the statement unusual because it did not show the charges but assumed that I received the initial statement and addressed only the affect of how non-payment could affect my credit rating. Paid my bill less than a month after procedure. Then 5 months later they came up with a brand new charge and sent it to collections. NEVER use this company or anyone who supports their greedy, bloodsucking business practices. They should be ashamed of themselves.
You get the bill. You pay the bill. They report you to a collection agency and get your credit score lowered after you pay the bill.
