They are really nice... I don't usually like going to doctors; but Philomela Tabuena, MD i do.... She never gives up on you and to me a lot of doctors do... Thank you....
Think before you use them. I went to them from 2005 to 2012 every year. A tumor was growing on the right side of my face behind my ear. It was extremely painful. They did NOTHING. A family member was with me on one occasion when the PA told me what I had was interesting as she laughed. Very poor service, the waits are long, and the quality of care is pitiful at best. Turns out it was cancer. I would stay as far away from them as possible. Malpractice lawyers in WV have all turned me away. SO.. if you have a problem, go to a ... read more
I like the doctors and feel like I get good healthcare from them, but the support staff could be better. Checking to make sure that the right person is checked in and also not keeping people waiting for over a half hour, would be a plus.
