The pharmacist is one of the rudest miserable human being I have ever met and dealt with. It's no wonder the techs who work with this guy seem absolutely miserable. I used the drive thru yesterday to pick up my husband's meds. I am getting a knee replacement surgery done, so it's hard for me to walk and I am wearing a knee brace. Every time I buy Hamburger from Martins at the one off Cassopolis st. In Elkhart there Hamburger is brown in the middle. I can buy it same day and it is still brown in Middle, I think they are adding in old grinds to there Hamburger. I could be wrong. I love the rest of store but do not think Meat Department is the greatest
Today Martin's staff refused to except bottle returns at 6:50pm and we were waiting in line. I asked for management and got security called. After this response I will not return to martins.
New ownership has ruined the old Martins. Cannot find anymore what you want. Off cheap Family brands. No longer STOCK the items that were always there, simple daily items: Kingsford Match Lite Mesquite bricks. No More. Apricot Jam for Thanksgiving - No more and tried the Guchi Martins too. Staff are not as sharp as they were, now just employees of a supermarket, not a family. Staff looks unhappy, uncaring, not vested like they used to. PigglyWiggly in Granger would do better. Might as well bring back Cira's.
