I had the opportunity to take a truck load of product to Martins a few days back. The folks there gracious and gave me some samples of their sausage. All I can say is WOW!!!. Martins makes the best sausage products I have ever had. I can't wait to get back to Maine and ask my stores to this stuff..
My husband and I have had your sausage at a restaurant near our house and thought it was delicious. We specifically went to RTM yesterday for your sausage as I am allergic to nitrates. We picked up your Italian sausage (both mild and hot) as well as a rib-eye. Everything has been so amazing that I am bugging my husband about already going back to RTM to visit your stand again. Your staff is incredibly knowledgeable and polite. Amazing experience with your staff and beyond delicious meats!!

My husband and I went to your Reading Terminal Market store specifically to buy and try some of your sausages. We purchased several varieties. One in particular, chicken white wine/parsley, we made for dinner last night. Ugh, please cut back on the salt! One bite and all we tasted was salt and a hint of wine which was very tart. Barely no parsley taste, but I could see sparse flecks of parsley. If I had eaten the whole link I would have blown up like a blimp from the salt. Sometimes LESS IS MORE. For many years my mom has been trying to find kielbasa like her mother used to get from the Polish butcher shop in North Jersey. She tried many, and either the casing was tough or it had a lot of grizzle in it. Your sausage is so tender and lean, and she buys them three at a time from Shop Rite in Waretown who special order them for her. I worked in the RTM for several years and I took it for granted being able to grab sausages for dinners anytime I wanted. BOOOOOHOOOO, I live in Texas now, and I so MISS all you GUYS, especially Michael D. ( he was my FAV) And the GREAT selections of sausages!!! So so so miss RTM & Martins
