Honestly, I don’t know what I paid for. There was no rain, no excuse — and yet my car came out just as dirty as when I arrived. I had to literally point out the dirt and spots to them, and they still ignored me like I was invisible. Not even a basic wipe-down. They pretend to clean, but don’t actually do anything.
