Same experience as most of the people here. On a sunny 81-degree day, I decided to stop by and paid $27 for the Super Wash. Unfortunately, it feels like I didn’t actually receive the service I paid for. The car still had noticeable spots and streaks, and it didn’t look much different than if I had gone with the basic wash. For the price, I expected a much more thorough job and attention to detail. After coming to this car wash for so long and the men have done such a fantastic job, the last time I was there they just messed it all up for themselves. The last time I was there on August 23rd around 2pm, I got my car washed and everything was fine until I noticed my EZ-PASS was missing. I spoke to one of the guys about it and apparently nobody touched it and nobody knew nothing about it. That will be my last time there. Absolutely absurb. Honestly, I don’t know what I paid for. There was no rain, no excuse — and yet my car came out just as dirty as when I arrived. I had to literally point out the dirt and spots to them, and they still ignored me like I was invisible. Not even a basic wipe-down. They pretend to clean, but don’t actually do anything.
