Shane arrived on time, was professional and went right to work. Cleaned fire place and chimney and 3 rooms carpets. I'll be calling Martin Cleaning again. Henry B
Technician (who mumbled and was very difficult to understand) came out for a chimney inspection and cleaning. He was here all of ten minutes. He shoved a rod up the chimney, declared all is well and asked for payment. Had very similar experience to reviewer below. Do not recommend.
Hired for chimney cleaning. Did not show up during the first scheduled window. Showed up 45 min before the window started the next day without a call. We have 4 dogs and this was an issue. The technician mumbled (which I know is not his fault) but it was very very difficult to understand him or to ask questions. We had to ask him to put down a drop cloth. He got one from his truck but never spread it out. Ran the brush up the chimney and left. Never went on the roof to remove, inspect , or clean the cap. The company owner di... read more
