Absolutely awful in every conceivable way. Four appointments cancelled days before they were scheduled, horribly managed acute injury care, admin staff who know nothing about medicine, dismissive and under-qualified support staff. Throw anything mildly acute injury related and every single staff member will run to the hills to escape/defer to someone else. Anything that isnt a lab test or controlled substance dispensing is pushed off to the ED. They will literally yell at you for not going to the ED with a non emergent acut... read more
Ignored my complaints about about doctors years ago. Has ignored me calling and reaching out multiple times and instead of communicating with me they send me a letter out of the blue. Martins point practices can go suck something. They've never been good and have never cared about their patients good riddance. Iwas switching anyways. Its incredibly hard to even get Apts because of them losing doctors left and right. The office staff has always been nice. And very few of the doctors. Don't have any family emergencies tho that... read more

Like many, I left Martin's Point when the provider I liked left. The way they handled that was *terrible*. I had an upcoming annual physical exam and they sent me a message saying "your appointment has been canceled due to an unknown reason". Then they called. But not to coordinate the transition; it was an automatic message saying "hey, contact us about some important information regarding your provider." I called back and they'd reassigned me to someone.
