Dr Tin and Gallo were the only reason I put up with the ridiculous waits at appointments (up to an hour often), absurd wait time on the phone to just speak with someone about getting an appointment (up to 30-40 minutes is the usual). The last straw was us showing up for an appointment for my son at 11:27 for an appointment they stated was at 11:20, (we had down for 11:30) only for them to say they’d need to reschedule! Never a problem here. Love this location and staff.
Reached out a week ago to request more markers to be pulled from blood work. They followed up 1 week later (out of time frame according to nordx) to tell me they weren’t medically indicated. Now I have to go back and get blood drawn again due to slow communication and lack of follow through from my requests.
I don’t know why people are having such issues with this office. I’ve been a patient for years and have never had a bad experience. They are usually able to fit me into the schedule if I need something before my next appointment. Staff are friendly and patient and they listen to my concerns. Only gripe would be the sometimes long delay between answering the patient portal messages.
