Ask any questions of your doctor during your physical and you'll get billed for an ADDITIONAL office visit because that's not what "well visits" are for. That's considered "treatment". Has happened to me 2 years in a row. Appointments get cancelled, incredibly long periods on hold (if you can even get someone on the line). Drove 45 minutes to arrive and be told my appointment needed to be rescheduled. This has been my doctor’s office since I was a child and I’m genuinely done and disappointed. Hour long waits, being bounced from different doctors because all of the good ones leave (red flag), and once you’re finally seen you feel rushed and unheard. Time to move on and follow my previous doctor.
I have been a patient of this practice since 2008. I received a notice over the summer that my doctor was leaving and that my family was being placed with another provider in the office. Both my children were placed under an MD. My husband and I were placed under an NP.. Dr Tin and Gallo were the only reason I put up with the ridiculous waits at appointments (up to an hour often), absurd wait time on the phone to just speak with someone about getting an appointment (up to 30-40 minutes is the usual). The last straw was us showing up for an appointment for my son at 11:27 for an appointment they stated was at 11:20, (we had down for 11:30) only for them to say they’d need to reschedule!
