The only reason worth going to this office was Dr. Gallo, who's no longer here. When she was my PCP, I didn't mind handling the mess that was their front office. I would regularly show up 10-15 minutes early to an appointment (like they recommend), and then be stuck in the waiting room for an hour before I was seen. One time, they made me wait 30 minutes past my appointment time, then brought me to a room, where I waited another hour to be seen. Their online messaging system leaves a lot to be desired to. I never had issues with this office until recently. Now they can’t seem to keep good providers. I also was told after 7 years of being on this one medication with no issues that I need to have an appointment in person before they will refill it. I was told someone would call me back with a treatment plan and never received a call back even though the request was put through as urgent.
I just had to give a shout out to Jane in the radiology department at the Gorham location. I am lucky enough to need my first mammogram this year and was quite nervous about it. My first appt had to be rescheduled, and when I showed up this morning before an important work meeting I was informed that Jane was alone/down a coworker and would get to me as soon as she could. At the thought of having to reschedule again I was quite upset due to the anxiety around the appt and Jane was able to see this and got me in super fast an... read more

My appointments were often an hour over the scheduled time but I put up with it because Dr. Gallo was a good doctor. After she left they stuck me with a new doctor who I had a very bad experience with. I requested to see someone different and it took them 3 months to get back to me and say sorry you're stuck with him.
