Drove 45 minutes to arrive and be told my appointment needed to be rescheduled. This has been my doctor’s office since I was a child and I’m genuinely done and disappointed. Hour long waits, being bounced from different doctors because all of the good ones leave (red flag), and once you’re finally seen you feel rushed and unheard. Time to move on and follow my previous doctor.
I have been a patient of this practice since 2008. I received a notice over the summer that my doctor was leaving and that my family was being placed with another provider in the office. Both my children were placed under an MD. My husband and I were placed under an NP.. I had a phone conversation with my doctor before she left and requested that we all be placed under the same provider. Dr Tin and Gallo were the only reason I put up with the ridiculous waits at appointments (up to an hour often), absurd wait time on the phone to just speak with someone about getting an appointment (up to 30-40 minutes is the usual). The last straw was us showing up for an appointment for my son at 11:27 for an appointment they stated was at 11:20, (we had down for 11:30) only for them to say they’d need to reschedule!
