Had a medical procedure over 2 years ago and kept receiving collection bills for something that Martin's Point said they covered. Months of back and forth and receiving more and more letters to collect, eventually Martin's Point stopped all contact. But in their last email they said it would be handled. I stopped getting collection letters so I assumed they did their jobs. I was wrong. Had the most superb assistance from Tina and Melissa in the office today! Very efficient process of enrollment! We were able to walk in and out in no time with all the information we needed to set up appointments and establish care right away. Thanks ladies!
Since moving here in October of 2021 I have tried contacting the office and as other reviews stated they do not answer the phone and do not return phone calls. Do yourself a favor and do not call this office.
