Called the night before about emergency plumbing services in a rental property for a leak under a bathroom sink. Got a call back in short order; made arrangements to meet the next morning after shutting off the water main for the night. Plumber showed up at the appointed time, but not in a service vehicle, and without basic tools. She diagnosed the problem as a failed hose from the valve to the faucet.
