I called in a refill on a prescription that I only take as needed on their automated line on Saturday . The automated line said my script would be ready after 5pm that day. I went in on Sunday to pick it up only to be told they wouldn't refill it. My bottle said I have 2 refills before 2026. Their explanation didn't make sense. My issue is they never called me to tell me there was an issue. I'll call my doctor tomorrow to get it fixed, but a call would have been useful. They weren't nice about it either. First they made a mistake on my prescription. They put the wrong dosage on the bottle. That's a big mistake! Then when I called to see what the remedy was, the person on the phone was gaslighting me and yelling at me. Seriously? So much for being professional! When you take back a head of lettuce because it's rotten in the middle you get a refund. I should get a refund and a pretty substantial gift card for the error AND being yelled at.
