I went into the Martins on Wesel Blvd shortly after Christmas and I used the bathroom. It was a disgusting experience. There were clothes left in the stall and they were contaminated by feces. I complained to the staff and they informed me that the bathrooms were not kept clean due to the lack of a staff person whose duties centered on keeping the bathrooms clean. Just needed to give a big thank you to the store manager (working Tuesday June 20th afternoon at the mall Martins). I didn't have time to let him know how wonderful and attentive he was when my friend experienced an episode at the store. A wonderful uoung lady called him and he stayed with my friend held her hand and calmed her down while I checked her groceries out.they got her a drink, and a cool compress. He walked her out to my car and helped her in. Thank you again, you're awesomeness says so much about your character!
