Jason is the mouse expert who worked with us. Our basement intrusion was not huge yet, but Jason quickly determined where the focus should be and he set the bait stations where they were needed to be effective. He was very diligent in his follow-up and kept us informed of every step in the process. We had a happy resolution to the problem and Jason committed to any follow up that might be needed if the problem returned. He is a very personable and friendly man with great customer relations. I appreciated the double time spent by the technician to make sure the invasion of stubborn wasps disappeared. Homestly, the sudden invasion soon became a safety hazard for everyone in my neck of the woods My gratitude for the prompt service Danielle

Asked them to treat for chinch bugs and they sprayed the brown patches only. The bugs move on to fresher grass and the entire lawn should be sprayed. Poor results. The neighbour also used them and had the same issue. He sent an email and no response.
