I own a tree service in Pennsylvania I have an avant 528 I’d say 9/10 they always have the parts I need in stock. Recently needed new wiring for end of the grapple and machine had it in stock next day aired and back on my way. I can’t say enough about these guys the dealer said 1 - 1 1/2 weeks to get parts. 10/10 awesome service
If your looking for Equipment we highly recommend Martin's. We have purchased several peices of equipment and attachments. Joe is your guy he makes purchasing very easy and he know his equipment. Not to mention you have and questions or breakdowns he answers his phone great customer service.
We bought a Snow Way Salter last year and a Snow Way V Plow this year, all to find out after the fact that they are no longer a Snow Way dealer. Then proceeded to tell us of another dealer to which is extremely far away (we already travel 45 minutes one way to Martins). No worries though, we found one closer. Lost out business.... Way to go Martins! Won't be long before others follow our lead.
