Friendly and helpful staff-in person and on the phone. Love going there for both personal and business needs. It’s a true small town local business with in-store charge account that is so helpful for business and staff that not only knows my dog but what a picky treat hog he is! Martin's is the BEST! Their store is very clean and their staff is extremely kind. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help out and provide excellent customer service! What a blessing to have such a great business in our home town!
Martins Hardware-Rental and Pet have always been super friendly and helpful every time I’ve come through town. They’ve gone above and beyond the call of duty, when I needed help with my trailer wiring on a trip to Branson from Green Bay. I recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
I lived in ET my whole life. After 46 years I moved to Menomonee Falls. I can honestly say that one of the things I miss the most about ET is Martin's.

I come to Martin's for dog food, treats, and supplies. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that can answer any question. They are also very helpful with lawn and garden needs. I always leave well informed.

Martins Hardware has been in East Troy for so many years. I've been shopping in there for just as many and have Never had any employee be rude ir disrespectful. Everyone goes out of their to be helpful. I will continue to go to Martins and recommend them to others. Kim Rausch
