From start to finish, Martin’s was a pleasure to work with! Ann in the showroom and Stephen who removed the existing flooring and installed the LVF made the process seamless! Thanks again!
Sales staff are very nice to work with, getting a quote was fast, and installation happened shortly after contract signing. Plus the installer did a great job. The process really couldn’t have gone any smoother.
We hired Martin’s floor covering to replace carpet with hardwood flooring. Our installer, Steve showed up when promised, was respectful and polite, and a true Master of his craft. He made sure he checked in with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy. The floor came out amazing all thanks to Steve. Darrin was our kitchen installer. We are very. very satisfied with the kitchen floor. He was very easy to work with. He called each morning to let us know the time he would be here. Did not have a good experience with Martins flooring I provided installation services and (Chris) felt obligated to adjust my invoice and pay me less then what I asked for. My pricing was fair.(I install for multiple flooring companies in western mass) All though the difference was small I am very upset with his inability to confront me about it and explain why.
