Sales staff are very nice to work with, getting a quote was fast, and installation happened shortly after contract signing. Plus the installer did a great job. The process really couldn’t have gone any smoother.
We hired Martin’s floor covering to replace carpet with hardwood flooring. Our installer, Steve showed up when promised, was respectful and polite, and a true Master of his craft. He made sure he checked in with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy. The floor came out amazing all thanks to Steve. We couldn’t be happier thank you to Martin’s floor covering for always coming through for flooring needs. we are a forever customer!
Darrin was our kitchen installer. We are very. very satisfied with the kitchen floor. He was very easy to work with. He called each morning to let us know the time he would be here. He was right on time each day. Darrin is a very pleasant individual and showed professionalism in his work. I have had many compliments from neighbors and family. Thank you again for a job well done. Did not have a good experience with Martins flooring I provided installation services and (Chris) felt obligated to adjust my invoice and pay me less then what I asked for. My pricing was fair.(I install for multiple flooring companies in western mass) All though the difference was small I am very upset with his inability to confront me about it and explain why. Martins Flooring has a beautiful selection of flooring. I’ve had them install flooring in my kitchen, bathroom, laundry, den and hallways. I would hire them again, but I’ve run out of floors! Friendly and helpful customer service and top notch installation. Thanks for making my home so beautiful.
