It has been almost a year since Martin’s Construction completed the building of our new lake house. Our experience with Vernon, his crew and his subcontractors was very positive. Vernon is extremely involved with your project from start to finish, meeting with you once a week or more frequently if needed. We eventually contracted with Martin Construction because of recommendations of, now 4th generation, family friends who recommended Vernon’s company to us. The key differences between their approach and others that we considered is their vision and flexibility during the construction process. Blueprints do NOT always turn out the way we envision as construction proceeds. Vernon was always open to modifications ( no “Change Orders” required).
