Robert completed a large remodel for us last year and it was a very pleasant experience! He was respectful of our time, our budget and was very easy to work with. I bought my 3 Bedroom Condo in Playa del Rey in June 2013 and had an initial renovation budget of $50 K including materials in June 2013. I own a home bullt in 1957 in the Sherman Oaks Hills. The home sits on a slope so the entrance to the house is on the top floor, and it has a downstairs area that originally consisted of a family room/sunroom, bedroom, and a very small bathroom. Since the house was limited in closet space and lacked a master ensuite, I wanted to remodel the downstairs to create my dream master suite.
