Charged me $65 for an oil change because I'm a girl and they assumed i didn't know, I left pissed off and late for work because instead of 15 minutes, they took nearly two hours. I asked to sit down because I didn't want to stand up for fifteen minutes, I guess thats why. Ademas, atendieron a una señora que llego despues de que "cerraron" antes de "terminar" mi oil change. Got my spindle and ball joint replaced and it cost me about $620 with taxxes, my ball joint popped off 5 days later and martins stopped answering my calls. I’ve been without my vehicle for more than a month now trying to find someone to come fix it at home since it is not driveable. I had to pay another $200 out of pocket just for parts to fix the same issue. I left a voicemail voicing my concern and have not heard back.
