Horrific customer service, dishonest. Used GroupOn coupon for Jeep. Martin's caused over $1100 damage to the car and would not even respond to my calls or texts. In addition, have Visa dispute in process, as well as small claim court filing. May 2014.
Absolutely horrible! I bought a detail as a present for my husbands birthday and they did a terrible job on his car. The local car was does a much better job for $20. They didn't complete the items listed on the package that I purchased and the workers left cigarette ash inside the car! When my husband brought this to the owners attention he flew into a rage and began screaming and cursing. Save your money and head to Kiss Car Wash, much better service and your car will look better too!
A Groupon brought me to Martin's. I had a Saturday appt and was told I'd have my car back by the end of the day. Repeated delays and excuses later, I got my car back Monday, late afternoon. I expected to pay more for my SUV, but the price more than doubled from the Groupon offer and in the end I got a car back with a permanently damaged rear window, missing floor mats and a well-stocked change holder devoid of change. Don't do it. Look at his Better Business rating/history to confirm my opinion. He told me he'd be done around 8pm. I'm now convinced this is so he can deliver the car in the dark. Also when you pick up the car he'll say his credit card machine is broke and will demand cash -- look thru the various reviews on this site and others and you'll see a similar pattern. You'll get the same "detail" if you simply go thru a regular car full service car wash.
NIGHTMARE BEWARE!!!!!!!! I just saw this scam artist has posted again on Living Social. I can't even believe he is still in business. Not only did they break my 6 CD changer and kill my Jeeps battery by their "special engine detailing" they also FORGOT to give me my car mats back and stole a bag of newly bought spa items from my car. I have taken Martin to court and WON! He still owes me about $1700 which I am in the process of suing for. They also have an F Rating on the BBB. And multiple bad ratings. Unless you liked being called a liar from young Martin, you absolutely do not want take your car here. I also, bought an AmazonLocal $99 coupon. I took my car in on Friday morning and finally got it back just before 7pm. First of all the carpets were very wet, minor thing right?! By the time I got home I realized my radio was not working right, it had a lot of static and the volume would not turn up, when I locked the door instead of the usual beep, it was barely audible. Don’t go here. No matter how good the deal on Living Social or Groupon is….don’t do it, you’ll be disappointed! They lost my floor mats! That’s not all, read on… This is the most unprofessional and shady place I’ve ever done business in. I bought a living social deal for my husband for Father’s Day. Bad idea. I had two vehicles, a prius and a tacoma, detailed by Martin. I had no problems and would highly recommend him. I had the bumper of the prius repaired and I was amazed! The bumper looks brand new. Detailing of both vehicles was perfect and my experience was awesome. I will be going back and will recommend him to my friends.
BEWARE!! I bought a $99 auto detailing deal from amazonlocal and took my car to Martin. Upon arrival he told me that it would be another $35, something about Subaru's being large like an SUV. Anyway I agreed to the price and within an hour of leaving I get a call from Martin who explains that he has a problem, he locked my keys in my car with it running...
