He gave my mom a good price on a new unit and installation when her old one could not be repaired. He was also very kind to her. He even called me after I had some concerns, because she got ripped off last time she dealt with a similar type of company. When her unit came in and was slightly damaged, he sent it back and got her another one. His view was if he wouldn't put it on his house, he wouldn't put it on hers. I would definitely recommend him.
